National Hotels Company is a Bahraini Shareholding Company listed on Bahrain Stock Exchange with a paid up capital of Bd 10 million.

Majority of the shares are owned by Kuwait Investment Authority, Kuwait Investment Company, Bahrain Pension Fund Commission and Mr.Faisal Ahmed Zayani.

The Board of Directors comprise seven directors with Mr.Faisal Ahmed Zayani as Chairman and Mr.Yousef Dakhil Al Dakhil as Vice Chairman and Managing Director and Chairman of the Executive Comniittee.Other directors are Mr.Jassim Salman Al Sindi, Mr. Mishairi Zaid Al Khalid, Mr.Abdul Aziz Faisal Al Hathran and Mr.Mohammed Ali Talib.

Company’s Business

National Hotels Company owns The Diplomat Radisson SAS Hotel — a deluxe five-star hotel comprising 246 newly refurbished rooms, bars, restaurants, banquet and conference facilities.

In addition, the company has significant investments in local private and public limited companies.

Expansion Project

As part of the company’s next expansionary phase, it has undertaken the construction of The Diplomat Radisson SAS Residence and Suites, a l3-storey tower adjacent to the hotel comprising 121 full-serviced apartments.These apartments will be unique in that the residents will have full access to all five-star hotel facilities.
